Even the take away coffee scene became very sophisticated around East London. It was new wave coffee at its best and Baristabarbar was a feature of the Barista Championships and the London Coffee Festival. The knowledge about coffee was increasing in the general population and Baristabarbar would run barista training on weekends for enthusiasts wanting to learn the best brewing methods.
Today, Baristabarbar is at the forefront of the coffee industry in the UK. Its still based in the converted warehouse in East London. It has excellent trainers that have been recruited from the best of the best baristas around London.
