Titled “From Trends to Strategies: The Role of Social Commerce”, the detailed whitepaper was published in collaboration with Snapchat.

The Award was split in two different categories by the eCommerce platform.

The Merchant of the Year Award went to three online stores: Creality, Exway and AlloyWords.

The third merchant to receive the reward was AlloyWorks, an automotive radiator manufacturer that was able to double growth in 3 months and hit its annual target 2 months ahead of schedule.

The second category was Partner of The Year. This consisted of logistics, tracking, marketing and payment platforms. The eCommerce platform awarded six partners:

  • Payoneer: Enabling small to medium enterprises to accept payment in 150 different currencies.

  • Sinotrans Express: An international logistics firm, Sinotrans Express helps Chinese merchants deliver their products to all corners of the world.
  • 17TRACK: Providing an easy and one-stop solution for consumers and merchants to track shipments, even to the last mile.
