Arvind Telharkar: Taking a Personalized Approach to FAANG Interviews

Arvind began his journey as a mentor near the end of 2021, having worked at Amazon in Amazon Web Services, Consumer Payments, and Alexa for five and a half years, interviewing candidates for tech positions along the way. He has experience implementing tech solutions, such as scalable infrastructure and artificial intelligence (AI), and in what makes a tech candidate stand out. 

Coaching for three years, this insider knowledge has given him the ability to offer personal strategic guidance where generic coaching services don’t cut it.

“Many other competitors are not experienced enough and have more of a generic template for interviewing,” Arvind explains. “If that had worked, everyone would have cracked Amazon and FAANG interviews.”

Moving forward, Arvind looks to establish his coaching services as a business, offering his extensive experience to a wider audience and helping FAANG candidates achieve their dreams. He places an emphasis on expanding access to top software roles by empowering more candidates to reach their aspirations, having been uniquely prepared to do so.
