Analys Falchuk: Transforming Financial Wellness for Gen Z Women Through AI and Fintech

At just 25 years old, Analys Falchuk is no stranger to innovation. Born in Venezuela and now based in the U.S., she has carved a unique path in fintech, blending artificial intelligence with behavioral finance to address a critical gap: helping young women develop healthy financial habits. Through Felipa.io, her latest venture, Falchuk is leveraging AI to personalize financial strategies, fostering long-term financial stability for Gen Z women navigating the complexities of modern finance.

Felipa helps users not only track their spending but also understand the psychology behind their financial behaviors. “Money and emotions are more connected than we realize,” Falchuk explains. “The way we think about and manage money is deeply influenced by our upbringing, experiences, and personal financial knowledge.” By bridging this gap, Felipa aims to provide users with personalized strategies that foster long-term financial well-being, a concept that underpins Falchuk’s broader vision for financial empowerment.

A Track Record of Building and Scaling Businesses

Falchuk’s journey as an entrepreneur is a testament to her ability to identify market needs and deliver innovative solutions to meet them. After earning a degree in Business Analytics and Social Entrepreneurship from Florida International University, she immersed herself in the startup ecosystem, participating in multiple incubator programs. Her first venture—a hospitality-focused marketing agency—became profitable within just eight months, demonstrating a knack for market positioning.

From there, she transitioned into fintech, helping onboard over 4,000 merchants in 46 countries into Bitcoin payments. The experience highlighted the challenges of financial literacy and accessibility, particularly among young professionals and immigrants. “When I first started working with Bitcoin adoption, I realized that many people, especially in the Spanish-speaking community, lacked basic financial education. It wasn’t just about using digital currency; it was about understanding how to build wealth and make strategic financial decisions,” Falchuk shares.

Addressing the Financial Literacy Gap with AI

Falchuk sees Felipa as more than just a budgeting tool—it’s a financial wellness coach. “Many people experience guilt or anxiety when reviewing their finances, and that emotional response can prevent them from making informed decisions. Felipa is designed to remove that stigma and empower users to take control of their financial future,” she explains.

The app meets users where they are, offering tailored financial recommendations based on their spending habits, goals, and emotions. By linking to users’ bank accounts, the AI-powered assistant analyzes financial patterns and provides personalized insights, helping them build healthier financial habits.

“Self-awareness is key to financial success,” Falchuk says. A standout feature of Felipa is its interactive chatbot, which encourages users to reflect on their financial decisions. The more data a user shares, the more accurate and relevant the AI’s recommendations become. This adaptability makes it especially valuable for Gen Z women juggling multiple income streams, side hustles, and evolving careers.

The Financial Challenges Facing Gen Z Women

For many Gen Z women, financial independence comes with significant hurdles. The transition from student life to professional careers introduces new responsibilities, such as rent, loan repayments, and long-term financial planning. At the same time, the pervasive influence of social media encourages consumerism, making it easy to develop overspending habits.

“Gen Z women are incredibly resourceful; they are looking for multiple income streams and new ways to earn. But without a structured system in place, managing those finances effectively can be overwhelming,” Falchuk explains. That’s where Felipa  comes in: to offer clarity, structure, and a long-term perspective to young women.

Redefining Financial Success

Led by a belief that true financial empowerment comes not just from access to tools but from a shift in mindset, Falchuk’s approach to fintech is deeply human-centric. “Talking openly about money is the first step toward financial confidence. The more we share our strategies, challenges, and successes, the more we learn from each other. Felipa.io is not just an AI assistant—it’s a movement toward increased financial wellness,” she says.

With an unwavering dedication to innovation, Falchuk is shaping the future of personal finance for the next generation of women. For more insights from Analys Falchuk, follow her on LinkedIn.
