New Crypto: CARDS Jumped 30% in 15 Minutes on Upbit News, and Smart Money Is Choosing Pepeto Earlier
Anyone hunting for a fresh coin this week saw how fast an exchange announcement can move a small one. Collector Crypt’s CARDS rose more than 30% within 15 minutes on November 5 after Upbit said it would add the token for won, bitcoin and USDT trading, touching about $0.333.
Within hours it gave back part of that gain. So the new crypto question is whether a buyer can still get in before an exchange sets the price, or only after.
A presale answers it by selling before any exchange. Pepeto, a presale token building AI powered trading tools, has gathered more than $11.2 million.
New Crypto: 3 Picks After CARDS Rose 30% on Upbit News
The three picks are Pepeto, CARDS and PEARL: Pepeto for its presale stage, CARDS for the Upbit debut that moved it on November 5, and PEARL for a chain that pays miners for AI computing. Upbit opened trading at 4:30 p.m. Korea time and blocked buy orders for five minutes.
CARDS trades near $0.28, about 27% under its $0.3832 record, with a value near $116 million. PEARL, launched in April 2026 and on Coinbase’s roadmap, trades near $1.65, up about 13% in a day and 18% under the $2.01 it touched on October 20.
However, the CARDS buyers who rushed in after the notice paid up to 27% more than the day before, and PEARL needs about $134 million of new buying to get back to $2.01. That 22% applies equally to a small order and a large one.
What this means is that a new crypto pays the most to the wallets that hold it before an exchange names it. Pepeto is at that stage now, with its Binance listing expected and its presale still selling.
Why Big Investors Put $11.2 Million Into Pepeto Before Any Exchange
Big investors put more than $11.2 million into Pepeto because it reaches them before any exchange does, at a price set by its presale stage. Pepeto pairs a meme coin crowd with AI powered trading tools.
Holders can stake at 160% APY, with rewards paid at listing, which gives them a reason to keep their tokens.
The tool made for new coins is the AI scanner, in development while community members and big investors test it privately. A buyer of a fresh token cannot read its contract, and a trap token lets him buy but never sell.
The scanner runs 42 checks plus a test buy and sell on a copy of the chain, then scores the token from 0 to 100. A critical result blocks the trade, so a $2,725 order into a token scoring 6 stays in the buyer’s wallet.
Beside it, PepetoSwap charges 0.00% per swap and the bridge carries tokens between five chains at no fee, while SolidProof has audited the code and verified the team.
One token costs $0.0000001905, so $2,725 buys about 14.4 billion tokens today, and each stage that closes raises the price for the next buyer.

Conclusion
PEARL needs about $134 million to get back to its October high, and CARDS sits 27% under its record, so a buyer of either needs large money for a large return. In Pepeto’s presale, the same order goes into a base of $11.2 million.
CARDS traded at $0.01967 on August 30, 2025, when few people knew the name, and reached $0.3832 on September 14, so a $1,000 buy became about $19,500 in two weeks. That August price is gone, and the new crypto entry still open at a presale price this week is Pepeto.
Its buyers committed that money while bitcoin trades 36% under its record, which shows they are betting on a repeat of the CARDS story. Buying while most investors wait for bitcoin to recover is the same choice CARDS’s August buyers made.
