Traders waiting for proof that the bull market is back got a clear signal on November 4. TokenPost’s Satoshi Index, which tracks the top 100 traders on Hyperliquid, Lighter, dYdX and Pacifica, showed their 24 hour long share jump from 7% to 75% overnight.

By 07:48 UTC it reached 84%, with about $1.05 billion long against $195 million short. That leaves one question for the crypto bull run: will slower money follow the fastest traders?

The headlines belong to BTC and ETH, but each cycle’s money is made one step earlier, and Pepeto has taken in over $11.2 million across the decline those traders had bet on.

Crypto Bull Run Signal: Top Traders Hold 84% Long Positions

The data points to an early bull market. In bitcoin alone, the same traders lifted their long share from 6% to 78% in less than a day, while their BTC short bets fell from about $129 million to $69 million.

BTC trades above $80,000, about 36% under its $126,000 record. ETH rose 6.66% to near $2,430 on November 4, about 51% under its $4,946 high, and the same traders now hold 89% of their ETH bets long.

However, the 30 day group of top traders still holds only 9.4% of its bets long, about $320 million against $3.07 billion short. So the slower money has not turned yet, and BTC’s size of $1.61 trillion means a 15% gain needs about $240 billion. That 15% pays $1,000 and $1 million alike.

What this means is that a crypto bull run pays the most to positions taken before the slow money turns, and in BTC and ETH those positions were taken years ago. Pepeto offers that early position today, with its presale open before the Binance listing.

Pepeto Buyers Moved First With $11.2 Million Before Its Binance Listing

Pepeto’s buyers committed their money while the fastest traders were still betting on a fall. Pepeto, a meme token backed by AI built tools, gives any wallet the cross chain transfers that large desks pay to make.

Other bridges charge $15 to $50 per transfer and take minutes to hours, and a failed transfer can lock funds for good. Pepeto’s bridge locks tokens in an audited contract on the source chain.

It mints them on the destination once the lock proof is verified on chain, within a minute and with no bridge fee beyond gas. If a transfer fails, the lock reverts on its own.

A trader moving coins 12 times a month across Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base and Arbitrum keeps $2,160 to $7,200 a year that other bridges would charge.

A swap venue with a 0.00% fee and a scanner that stops trades in tokens that cannot be sold are being built alongside it. Those three are under construction, opened for private trials only to holders in the community and to the heavy investors behind it.

This presale money arrived before the top traders flipped long, which is when early buyers usually take their position. The stage price is $0.0000001905 today, and the stage after it costs more.

Conclusion

OKB jumped about 170% to $124 on August 13, 2025, after OKX announced a burn of about 65 million tokens, as The Block reported, and it set a record of $257.03 nine days later. The wallets that held OKB before that morning bought while the crowd had no reason to look.

This crypto bull run is opening the same way, with the fastest traders turning first and Pepeto’s buyers in before them with more than $11.2 million.

A search for the start of a bull market leads here, to an exchange token still in presale with its exchange in development. Wallets that found such tokens before their listing took the largest gains, and this stage closes once it sells its target or its countdown ends.
