PUNKVISM and World K-POP Center Sign Strategic MOU to Drive the Next Wave of Global RWA Adoption Through K-POP Infrastructure

Global RWA Adoption

PUNKVISM Holdings Co., Ltd., a Web3-based global digital IP and content branding company, has entered into a strategic partnership with World K-POP Center Co., Ltd., a global K-POP education and content production company, to create a new convergence business model across domestic and international K-culture markets.

The two companies announced on June 12 that they signed a strategic memorandum of understanding on June 10 to strengthen global business competitiveness and pursue sustainable growth for both parties.

The agreement was designed to organically combine PUNKVISM Holdings’ Web3-based digital IP and content ecosystem, along with its global business network, with World K-POP Center’s capabilities in K-POP education, performances, and content production, as well as its global audition programs and “Genie Casting” audition booth business.

Through cross-channel business synergy spanning both online and offline environments, the two companies plan to jointly expand the K-culture market at home and abroad while accelerating global expansion.

Key areas of cooperation under the MOU include convergence collaborations combining PUNKVISM’s digital IP with World K-POP Center’s K-POP artists and content; joint planning and operation of global marketing campaigns and fan-participatory content; co-hosting offline events such as performances, showcases, auditions, and exhibitions connected to the Namsan base in Seoul; and the development of content around global auditions, including Click The Star, and new talent discovery projects.

In particular, the two companies agreed to pursue multifaceted business cooperation, including the discovery of new partners, to expand domestic and international sales, installation, and operation of the “Genie Casting Audition Booth,” which is designed to improve accessibility for aspiring K-POP artists.

In addition, the two companies plan to jointly pursue a global K-POP education certification and trainer qualification business based on World K-POP Center’s K-POP education curriculum and training expertise.

The certification business is expected to standardize World K-POP Center’s professional education programs, including K-POP dance, vocal training, performance, and audition training, and expand them into a global certification model connected with overseas educational institutions, academies, and partners.

Through this initiative, the two companies aim to move beyond simple content collaboration and build a global education infrastructure that systematically connects worldwide demand for K-POP training.

As part of this process, PUNKVISM Holdings will provide digital IP and licensing while taking a leading role in building and supporting Web3-based digital platforms and technology infrastructure. The company also plans to establish overseas expansion strategies and provide global market entry channels by leveraging its international partner network.

World K-POP Center will provide professional education programs and personnel, including vocal and dance training, while overseeing the practical planning and operation of offline events.

It will also provide real-world K-culture business infrastructure, including global auditions, the Genie Casting Audition Booth, K-POP education certification, and trainer qualification programs, thereby strengthening the quality and execution of an online-to-offline real-world asset business model.

In addition, World K-POP Center plans to actively support offline hubs and tourism experience infrastructure based in Seoul’s Namsan area, further enhancing the scalability of global K-culture business initiatives.

Hyunki Hwang, CEO of PUNKVISM, said, “This agreement is not merely a technology partnership or marketing collaboration. It is a major milestone that combines Korea’s globally recognized K-POP infrastructure with the RWA ecosystem that PUNKVISM has been building with strong conviction for the past two years.”

He added, “By connecting blockchain technology with K-POP, one of the strongest cultural forces in the global market, we aim to build a new participant-centered trust infrastructure. Starting from N Seoul Tower, we will steadily prove a distinctive user experience that can be felt across both online and offline environments.”

To ensure the smooth and systematic implementation of the agreement, both companies will designate working-level representatives and form a joint consultative body. They also plan to enter into separate definitive agreements for each area of cooperation, including specific execution methods and cost-sharing arrangements.

As the integration of blockchain and Web3 technology with offline real-world infrastructure emerges as a new alternative in the global market, industry attention is now focused on whether the partnership between World K-POP Center, which holds core K-POP infrastructure representing Korea’s cultural content sector, and PUNKVISM Holdings, which has demonstrated strong execution through a series of successful sell-outs, can present a new breakthrough for both the Web3 market and the broader K-culture industry.
