Punkvism Partners with Kulture Alliance’s KPOP STATION to Launch BIBI’s First Meet & Greeting-Based RWA NFT in the U.S.

KPOP STATION

Web3 platform Punkvism, led by CEO Hyun-ki Hwang, has announced a strategic partnership with U.S.-based K-pop distribution platform KPOP STATION, operated by Kulture Alliance, to launch a liquidation-type Real-World Asset (RWA) NFT based on singer BIBI’s first-ever Meet & Greeting tour and merchandise pop-up project in major U.S. cities.

The initiative represents a new model for structuring entertainment assets through blockchain technology, integrating fan engagement, physical merchandise, and transparent settlement mechanisms.

Unlike conventional concert-based projects, this initiative focuses on direct fan interaction through Meet & Greeting sessions and curated merchandise pop-up stores in major metropolitan areas, including California.

By integrating operational and merchandising rights into an NFT-based structure, Punkvism enables participants to engage not only as attendees, but as verified supporters of the project’s ecosystem.

This model positions fandom as an active economic and cultural participant within the Web3 framework.

The NFT is structured under a liquidation-type RWA framework, allowing holders to retain rights associated with ticketing and merchandise-linked assets.

Upon project completion, rewards are distributed based on final settlement results, ensuring that returns are tied to operational performance.

A key feature is its secured inventory liquidation mechanism. Through KPOP STATION’s retail and wholesale distribution network, remaining merchandise inventory is systematically purchased and processed, reducing operational uncertainty and strengthening settlement stability.

According to Punkvism, the project has undergone comprehensive legal review by a leading Korean law firm to ensure regulatory compliance and avoid securities classification risks.

The NFT is designed as a community participation and reward-based model, rather than a financial investment product, reinforcing its alignment with global compliance standards.

The initiative builds on Punkvism’s prior success with large-scale RWA projects, including the fully sold-out and settled Ronaldinho Soccer Show.

NFT holders are granted official supporter status and are eligible for:

  • Priority purchase rights for limited-edition artist merchandise
  • VIP access and benefits at Meet & Greeting events
  • Additional on- and offline membership-based rewards
  • Exclusive community engagement opportunities

These benefits are designed to strengthen long-term fan loyalty and ecosystem participation.

CEO Hyun-ki Hwang stated that the project demonstrates how blockchain technology can enhance transparency, accountability, and fairness in fandom-driven business models.

“By combining K-pop’s global influence with Web3 infrastructure, we aim to establish a sustainable and transparent RWA framework that benefits creators, partners, and fans alike,” he said.

Beyond its collaboration with KPOP STATION, Punkvism is actively exploring additional global cultural initiatives, including partnerships linked to U.S.-based international film festivals and entertainment management platforms.

The project’s settlement reference date is scheduled for November 30 (U.S. local time).

Specific NFT minting schedules and detailed membership benefits will be announced through Punkvism’s official channels.
