In 2000, alongside his wife Kathy, Holland co-founded an insurance agency with a clear objective. Create opportunity, not just revenue. The model focused on developing agents, particularly within underserved communities, while maintaining a service driven approach to clients.

The business expanded.

In 2009, this foundation evolved into Global Premier Benefits, a national platform designed to operate at scale while maintaining the same underlying philosophy. Over time, the organization grew to support thousands of agents across more than 30 states, helping millions of individuals navigate complex healthcare decisions.

Scale alone was not the defining milestone.

Structure was.

In 2022, Holland successfully exited the business through a partnership with Integrity Marketing Group, transitioning into a Managing Partner role while continuing to lead Global Premier Benefits. The move positioned him within a broader ecosystem, combining operational experience with institutional backing and access to larger strategic opportunities.

This shift reflects a deeper understanding of how modern businesses evolve.

Founders build. Operators scale. Strategic partners multiply impact.

Holland operates across all three.

Beyond insurance, his involvement extends into private equity and emerging technology, including investments in AI driven companies focused on improving efficiency and decision making within the industry.
