Hindu Unity Matrix (HUM): Kalki Sena’s Bold Leap into AI for Global Hindu Empowerment

Hindu Unity Matrix (HUM): Kalki Sena

Lucknow, Sept 22, 2025 – In a landmark announcement that merges advanced military technology with community development, the Kalki Sena has unveiled its flagship artificial intelligence initiative: the Hindu Unity Matrix (HUM). Touted as the world’s first AI project dedicated exclusively to the protection, upliftment, and unification of Hindus across the globe, HUM is being developed by a dexterous team of engineers under the leadership of retired Indian Air Force officer, Wing Commander Pushkal Vijay Dwivedi.

Military Precision Meets Social Engineering

Dwivedi is no stranger to cutting-edge systems. He was instrumental in operationalising the Integrated Air Command and Control System (IACCS) – the Indian Air Force’s most sophisticated automated control grid linking radars, sensors, and weapon systems into a seamless command chain.

IACCS proved its worth in Operation Sindoor, where it came to national attention as a shield of India’s skies. Earlier, Dwivedi supervised minute-to-minute Mission Control on IACCS during the surgical strikes on Balakot, holding the vital operational position of Director Operations under the Central Air Command’s Area of Responsibility. Following the strikes, when India and Pakistan stood at loggerheads, he again served in a senior operational position, this time in the South Western Air Command war room, overseeing special operations and ensuring national preparedness.

“The same expertise that kept India secure will now keep Hindus connected, safe, and empowered,” Dwivedi told journalists in Lucknow.

HUM: More Than an App

HUM is described as a “complex AI project with heavy algorithms,” unlike anything attempted by a state or community worldwide. The acronym HUM, which means “we” in Hindi, symbolises unity, collectiveness, and strength.

“HUM will solve nearly all problems of Hindus which nag a common individual. It has the potential to become an algorithm far more powerful than any community platform today. As a Hindu, you won’t ever be alone; you won’t ever be without assistance—anywhere, anytime,” Dwivedi said.

According to sources, HUM will integrate real-time assistance and predictive intelligence into a mobile-first platform designed to address diverse needs:

  • Medical emergencies – instant guidance and hospital connections.
  • Crime prevention – predictive alerts and rapid community response.
  • Conflict situations – advisory support and coordinated help.
  • Social causes – volunteer mobilization and fundraising.
  • Business and networking – connecting Hindu entrepreneurs globally.
  • Cultural preservation – safeguarding heritage, traditions, and education.

HUM, Pushkal Dwivedi said , will act as both a shield and growth engine, fulfilling the Kalki Sena’s stated mission of developing Hindus economically, physically, socially, and psychologically.

Cost, Secrecy, and Scale

Much about the platform remains under wraps. Insiders indicate that the development cost is over ₹1 crore, with the project being executed simultaneously by specialist teams in Bangalore, Lucknow, and Delhi.

The tentative launch is slated for Dashahra 2026, chosen deliberately to align the project’s debut with the festival symbolising the triumph of dharma over adharma.

Wing Commander Pushkal Dwivedi, a multidimentional talen

Dwivedi served in the Indian Air Force from 2001 to 2022, excelling in operational and intelligence assignments. Known among peers as the “Jehad Surgeon” for his counter-insurgency expertise in Kashmir, he also trained Special Forces as a combat instructor and mastered multiple martial arts disciplines.

In 2006, Dwivedi invented the “Vijay Code” – a pioneering binary algorithm for integrated radar data display. Long before “AI algorithms” became a household term, Vijay Code laid the foundation for automated synthesis of complex defence data, helping commanders visualise and act on battlefield information with unprecedented clarity. Many in defence circles now describe this as an early forerunner of the AI-driven systems the public takes for granted today.

After retiring, Dwivedi transitioned to spirituality, education, policy advisory, and cultural leadership. Today, he serves as the Director General of the Bhartiya Shiksha Anusandhan Parishad and Chief of the Kalki Sena. His intellectual contributions also include the development of Self Defence Science framework and the Prism Psychological Analysis System. He also work as a developmental partner in highly classified Defence Project with DRDO, Ministry of Defence.

Controversies and Rumors

Like many high-profile figures, Dwivedi has faced speculation. Certain reports suggest that after retirement, he continues to advise government “agencies” in an informal capacity, sometimes described as a freelance operative for select ministries.

In Pakistan, his name surfaced controversially during Operation Sindoor. Media outlets in Lahore claimed that an FIR was lodged against him in Lahore, accusing him of undermining Pakistan’s sovereignty by cultivating covert networks in Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab. These allegations have not been independently verified, and Dwivedi has not commented publicly on them.

Despite such reports, his supporters insist his work is patriotic and community-driven, dismissing the rumors as attempts to tarnish his reputation.

Looking Ahead

As anticipation grows, HUM has triggered conversations in both technology and policy circles. Concerns have already been raised over AI ethics, data security, and international acceptability, especially in plural societies. Yet Kalki Sena appears confident that HUM will set a precedent for how technology can bind communities together.

If successful, the Hindu Unity Matrix (HUM) will not only be a technological achievement but also a cultural milestone – a digital fortress of collective identity.

For Dwivedi, the mission is deeply personal:

“I gave my life to defending India’s skies. Now I dedicate my post-uniform years to defending and uplifting my community. HUM is not just an app—it is a promise that no Hindu will ever walk alone.”
