My journey working in Customer Success was a bit of a happy accident. I initially started my career in new business sales, working at technology companies serving the marketing and healthcare industries. A restructuring at my former workplace landed me in my first Customer Success Manager role. Funnily enough, it was something I was interested in, but wasn’t gutsy enough to switch to on my own yet. When I moved to that role, I fell in love with being on the frontlines helping my clients maximize their ROI and advocating for their needs. 

Six years later, when I was looking for my next role in Customer Success, I had two non-negotiables. I was looking to join a company with a powerful mission and one that was committed to continued product innovation. That’s when I came across DailyPay. Its mission–to power daily opportunities by providing employers with solutions to create a more engaged and productive workforce and by empowering employees to live a better financial life –is what first drew me in. 

When I first joined DailyPay in 2019, On-Demand Pay – the idea of accessing your earned pay when you need it – was a completely new concept that intrigued me. Once onboarded, I learned so much about the need for DailyPay from my clients, many of whom were early adopters of the solution at that point. The reality is that DailyPay gives workers visibility into what they earn, access to their earned pay when they want it, and the ability to save and make the most of their pay. This access not only helps them meet their immediate needs but also is helping them break the paycheck-to-paycheck cycle.

What’s kept me here is the incredible team and our powerful product evolution. Our product has expanded well beyond On-Demand Pay to encompass a suite of financial wellness solutions that serves both employers and their employees. It’s been rewarding to help clients and their hardworking employees achieve those goals.

Today, we work with over a thousand employers of all sizes and across all industries to empower their employees to take control of their working lives and realize the benefit of their hard work in real time. It’s inspiring to partner with these organizations that care so deeply about making a positive impact on their employees’ lives.

There’s no better feeling than hearing a client’s pain point and being able to tell them we have a solution. It’s even more rewarding when I join a business review and hear how much time and money they’ve saved because of our On-Demand Pay product and financial wellness solutions. This innovation has allowed us to become an even greater partner to our clients, solidifying our role as a trusted resource that can match their evolving needs.

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, I’m proud to say DailyPay has delivered on both my “non-negotiables.”

It’s incredibly fulfilling to know that we’re not just providing a service but empowering users to take control of their financial wellness journey. Here’s to the next decade of changing lives and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. The best is yet to come!
