The Bay of Kotor shimmered under early summer light as more than 1,000 Clal Insurance employees arrived in waves to the “CLAL Moments” retreat—an ambitious multi-phase corporate gathering that began with a pivotal 12-day segment unfolding across the scenic Adriatic coast of Montenegro, June 2–12. It wasn’t just a showcase of employee engagement or destination design—it was a masterclass in strategic production, led by Maya Bello, the event’s Executive Producer.
From concept to execution, Bello directed every layer of this sprawling, high-touch production. Hosted at the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay and structured in three rotating participant cycles, CLAL Moments demanded a level of coordination that few producers could manage.
