CLAL Moments brought movement, precision, and powerhouse logistics to the Adriatic Coast

Event Production Review

The Bay of Kotor shimmered under early summer light as more than 1,000 Clal Insurance employees arrived in waves to the “CLAL Moments” retreat—an ambitious multi-phase corporate gathering that began with a pivotal 12-day segment unfolding across the scenic Adriatic coast of Montenegro, June 2–12. It wasn’t just a showcase of employee engagement or destination design—it was a masterclass in strategic production, led by Maya Bello, the event’s Executive Producer.

From concept to execution, Bello directed every layer of this sprawling, high-touch production. Hosted at the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay and structured in three rotating participant cycles, CLAL Moments demanded a level of coordination that few producers could manage. Five domain-specific executive producers contributed their expertise within the cohesive production vision inspired and championed by Maya Bello’s charismatic leadership—each wave of the event executed with precision, clarity, and adaptability.

In addition to overseeing the entire event, Maya Bello personally assumed direct control over one of its most complex and high-impact areas: transportation logistics. That meant designing seamless arrival and departure flows, managing daily excursions, and handling the unpredictable in real time—across multiple cities, hundreds of vehicles, and a schedule with no room for error.

One stakeholder summed it up with wry appreciation: “Without you, no one would have gotten anywhere.”

But her influence extended far beyond moving people. It was embedded in the experience itself: the atmosphere, the timing, the effortless transitions between rooftop parties and beach excursions, between wellness sessions and cultural tours.

Maya Bello is one of the most important figures in music, and national and corporate event productions in her country. Her leadership and creative mastery as a top event producer have powered Israel’s most iconic national events—from memorials on Mount Herzl and live broadcasts featuring heads of state, to arena-scale concerts and major media summits.

She has produced ceremonies attended by the President and Prime Minister of Israel, delivered national commemorative broadcasts, and led high-security operations for ministries and defense agencies. Her résumé includes top-tier productions for Israel Hayom, the Ministry of Defense, and elite corporate clients. No wonder she is so nationally celebrated as one of the only go-to architects for large-scale, mission-critical live productions. At CLAL Moments, she brought that same unparalleled virtuosic, multilayered leadership to the international stage—precisely where it was most needed.

Beyond logistics, the event’s design prioritized experience: guided explorations of Old Town Budva and Kotor, cable car rides to panoramic views, vibrant social gatherings, and relaxing coastal moments. It was a blend of calm and celebration, all unfolding without friction—and that frictionless quality was no accident. It was a product of planning, vision, and on-the-ground precision.

Through it all, Maya Bello’s leadership was the constant. Her decisions shaped not just the schedule, but the texture of the experience: when the buses arrived, when the sun hit the terrace just right, when the rooftop lights came up and the crowd leaned in.

She is not a “rising” figure—she is already an unrivaled producer whose track record and composure set her apart. Her extensive accomplishments have positioned her as a recognized leader in the international production field.

By the end of the 12-day event, one thing was certain: CLAL Moments wasn’t just a success. It was a new benchmark—and Maya Bello’s name will be remembered as the force that made it possible.
