He pursued higher education at Western Sydney University, earning multiple degrees that shaped his diverse career path. In 1994, Singh transitioned to Competitive Foods (Australia) as Head of National HR and Strategy, where he contributed to the development of human resource practices, occupational health and safety (OHS) programs, and the management of regional restaurant operations.
In 2015, Ravi Singh co-founded Kickin’Inn, an Australian restaurant chain, alongside Sami Karras. Kickin’Inn, which specializes in seafood, opened its first location in 2018 and quickly became known for its innovative dining experiences. Singh’s leadership as CEO has been integral to the restaurant’s expansion and success, with several additional locations opening across Australia.
Alongside his work at Kickin’Inn, Singh also served as consulting CEO for businesses in the UAE, overseeing brand development and business operations.
