Netcracker Technology said on Wednesday that Globe Telecom, the leading telecom operator in the Philippines and regional associate of the Singtel Group, will expand its partnership with Netcracker for service and network automation to achieve a higher level of operational efficiency, enabling Globe to better serve its customers with improved network performance and seamless digital experiences.

The Partnership

Netcracker said it will provide different services covering support for mission-critical processes such as order fulfillment, fallout management, service quality, proactive monitoring, and performance management to boost Globe’s business objectives, including growing its broadband business.

Netcracker Aids Odido’s FWA Launch in the Netherlands

On March 18, 2025, Netcracker Technology announced that Odido, previously known as T-Mobile Netherlands, has launched nationwide Fixed-Wireless Access (FWA) service after simplifying and unifying its IT stacks onto the Netcracker Digital Commerce & Monetization platform as part of an ongoing BSS consolidation and transformation program to streamline its operations and support advanced services.

The Launch of Odido

According to the report, Odido was created as a result of the coalition of various companies and brands in Sept 2023 and is now the largest mobile operator in the Netherlands. To celebrate the first anniversary of its rebranding, the operator sought to bring innovative new products and services to the market.

Netcracker explained that Odido became the first operator in the Netherlands to offer FWA for B2C customers, with the launch of its Klik & Klaar service.
