If you’re looking for something that’s specifically tailored to your needs, then Women’s Health is a great place to start. It’s published monthly so it’s easy to find time for it in your schedule. 

There are two downsides to this magazine: First, the website isn’t all that helpful. It offers a lot of features but it doesn’t really provide much information or support from other users like we found in Self (which is why we rank Self higher). Second, the layout can be a little frustrating at times- all too often they have sidebars and inserts crammed into every available space. 

Despite these minor flaws, we think Women’s Health is worth checking out if you want an affordable option that includes articles written specifically for women- not just health tips with no particular gender focus.

4) Shape

There are so many health magazines out there, it can be hard to tell which ones are worth reading. But luckily for you, we’ve compiled a list of the 5 best health magazines you should be reading to stay on top of your wellness game.
