XRP holders now watch a coin that is getting harder to find on the largest exchange. On November 5, CryptoQuant’s Binance XRP scarcity index rose to about 2.1, its highest reading since 2022, which means fewer coins wait on Binance for each buyer crypto.news.
XRP itself gained only 2.4%, so the open question for the xrp price is whether that thin supply turns into a break above resistance.
Big investors are making the same early bet in a far smaller coin. Pepeto, a meme coin presale building its own exchange, bridge and AI scanner, has drawn more than $11.2 million at a stage price that rises each round.
XRP Price Holds $1.31 With Binance Scarcity at Highest Since 2022
XRP trades near $1.31 on November 5, after moving between $1.24 and $1.34 in a day. The first resistance sits at $1.34 to $1.35, about 3% above, where the 50 day average also runs. A daily close above it opens $1.40, about 7% higher, while support holds at $1.25, roughly 5% below.
The index stayed below zero through September and October, when sellers kept XRP on Binance ready to sell. A reading of 2.1 means that pressure has turned, as the whole market climbed after the US midterm results.
However, XRP’s size decides how much that change pays a new buyer. The coin is worth about $83 billion, so the 3% climb to $1.35 needs roughly $2.5 billion of fresh money, the same 3% for a $1,000 order or a $1 million one.
What this means is that the xrp price can still pay a few percent on tight supply, while the large gains went to wallets that bought XRP years ago. Big investors looking for that earlier stage today are buying into Pepeto’s presale.
Big Investors Put $11.2 Million Into Pepeto Before Its Binance Listing
That $11.2 million went into a small coin with three tools being built behind it. Pepeto is a meme coin with an exchange, a cross chain bridge and an AI risk scanner in development, and testing access has gone privately to community members and big investors.
The bridge targets a cost every active XRP trader already pays. Moving coins between chains elsewhere costs $15 to $50 a transfer, and a failed transfer can lock funds for good. Pepeto’s bridge locks tokens in an audited contract and mints them on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base or Arbitrum within a minute, charging $0 plus gas.
A failed transfer reverses on its own, so a trader moving money 28 times a year keeps $420 to $1,400.
Its exchange charges a 0.00% swap fee, and the scanner checks a contract before money goes in.
That money went in while no exchange had priced the token, the same timing XRP’s own large wallets chose in late 2024.
Today’s stage price is $0.0000001905, and each new stage is priced above the one before. Stakers earn 160% APY, paid when the token lists, so buyers hold today’s price while the next stage costs more.

Conclusion
XRP’s own record shows what that timing paid. Wallets holding 1 million to 10 million XRP added 1.43 billion coins from November 12, 2024, when XRP traded near $0.73. XRP reached $2.83 by January 15, 2025, so $1,000 bought in that week became about $3,900.
Today the xrp price offers about 3% to $1.35 on the same whale signal. Pepeto sells today at a presale stage, the kind of early entry those wallets took in XRP, as a meme coin with tools aimed at costs every trader pays.
The size of each order in 2024 decided what it was worth by 2025. Big investors are now making that same early bet in a presale holding more than $11.2 million before its Binance debut.
