Hyperliquid Price Prediction: Can HYPE Hit $90 as Wall Street Sues and Buyers Back Pepeto?

By Dani Bonocci·Published November 5, 2026·Cryptocurrency

HYPE OCT (16)

HYPE holders woke on November 4 to a court fight over the product Hyperliquid is known for. Hours after the CFTC cleared 24/7 futures on single US stocks, a group backed by Cboe and Citadel Securities sued to block them. Finimize reports on the situation.

Yet that day, 26 Hyperliquid accounts added $43.8 million of long stock bets as tech shares fell. So the Hyperliquid price prediction turns on one question: can a lawsuit slow demand that shows up on chain?

While regulators argue, traders keep moving toward cheaper venues. In addition, Pepeto, a meme coin with a zero fee exchange in development, has drawn $11.2 million and more from presale buyers.

Hyperliquid Price Prediction: HYPE Holds $85 as Lawsuit Targets Stock Trading

HYPE traded at about $85.50 on November 4, up 1.6% in 24 hours. Short term charts agree on $84 as support, which is less than 1% below. If HYPE closes above $88, about 4% higher, the next test is $90. Also, a break under $84 points to $81.

Those bets spread across 145 stock contracts listed by 10 outside teams on Hyperliquid. ICE picked the same technology in October for a planned US venue.

However, the lawsuit asks the judge to stop these contracts while the case runs. Therefore, a US route for that model may now wait on a court. HYPE, worth about $21.4 billion, also needs a 16% climb and roughly $3.4 billion of new buying to retake its $97.98 record from September 23. That 16% is the same for $1,000 and for $1 million.

In practice, the Hyperliquid price prediction now depends on judges and trading fees, while HYPE’s largest gains went to buyers who entered at its start. Pepeto is at its start now, building an exchange where traders pay no swap fee.

Pepeto’s $11.2 million Presale Backs a Swap That Charges Traders Nothing

Most trading venues work the same way: every order pays a fee, and those fees add up over a year. Pepeto is building PepetoSwap the other way round, with a 0.00% swap fee and no protocol charge. Its token is on sale for $0.0000001905 in the presale, ahead of the first exchange debut.

A trader who swaps $6,000 three times a week pays about $2,808 a year on Uniswap at 0.30%. The same trades cost about $2,340 on PancakeSwap at 0.25% and only network gas on PepetoSwap. Market, limit and DCA orders are planned. Furthermore, a private relay shields each order from bots by default.

A security scanner and a $0 bridge are being built beside the swap. Testing is open privately to the community and the largest backers. A SolidProof audit covers the token. Additionally, a former Binance expert sits on the development team.

More than $11.2 million is about 0.05% of HYPE’s market value, so the same new money moves Pepeto far more than a $21 billion coin. That money arrived during a falling market. This period is when big launches have usually drawn their first backers, before the crowd sees a chart move. A stage closes on its timer or when its sales target is met. The next stage costs more.

Conclusion

Many HYPE holders are waiting on a court and a close above $88, while the last cycle paid the wallets that moved early. Injective, the token of a trading chain, hit $0.66 on November 3, 2020. It reached $52.75 on March 14, 2024, so $1,000 became about $80,000.

For a Hyperliquid price prediction, the realistic target is the 16% back to its record. Meanwhile, Pepeto offers the earlier stage those 2020 buyers held.

Holding $11.2 million of buyer money and three tools in private testing, Pepeto has that head start now. For anyone who watched INJ from the sidelines, the approaching Binance listing marks a second chance to own the early stage.
