Pudu Robotics Europe Partner Summit 2026 in Amsterdam — AI in Action keynote

A delivery robot navigating a restaurant, a machine moving pallets through a warehouse and a robotic mower maintaining a lawn carry out very different jobs. Pudu Robotics wants them to draw on a shared technological foundation. At its first European Partner Summit in Amsterdam on November 4, 2026, the company unveiled its “One Brain, Multiple Embodiments” strategy and brought together all six of its product lines for the first time. Held under the theme “AI in Action: Scaling Impact Across Europe—Together,” the event outlined how Pudu intends to make robotics easier to deploy across commercial and household settings.

Under the new strategy, the company treats the foundation of all its robotics as its “brain”, while hardware is different according to the robot’s job. Pudu’s proprietary PuduFM, an Embodied Foundation Model, and PuduAgent OS, an Embodied AI Agent Platform, form part of an architecture designed to make AI capabilities, software modules and skills reusable across robotic platforms. Hardware and motion-control systems, meanwhile, remain optimized for specific jobs.

“The next stage of growth will depend not only on advancing robot capabilities, but also on making robots easier to deploy, more adaptable and commercially viable at scale,” said Felix Zhang, founder and CEO of Pudu Robotics. “With our ‘One Brain, Multiple Embodiments’ strategy, we are building a shared technological foundation across different robot forms—from specialized service robots to semi-humanoid and humanoid robots. By combining reusable AI capabilities with purpose-built hardware, we aim to accelerate innovation, improve development efficiency and bring robotics into more real-world applications.”

“Under our ‘One Brain, Multiple Embodiments’ strategy, we will continue to invest in foundational technologies, including hardware, operating systems and embodied foundation models,” said Zhang.

The intended benefit is practical as well as technical: Pudu says sharing these underlying technologies can shorten research, development and deployment cycles while reducing costs. That approach supports a portfolio covering service delivery, commercial cleaning, industrial delivery, general embodied AI, commercial lawn mowing and home lawn care. It also extends the company’s scope from indoor to outdoor environments and from commercial premises to the home. The PUDU TOMO S Series, announced on November 3, is its first consumer robotics product.

Why Europe Is Central to the Rollout

The Amsterdam summit was Pudu’s first large-scale strategic brand event in Europe – a region where its customers include EDEKA, Albert Heijn, Carrefour, Denner, Marriott, Van der Valk, Pizza Hut, Intermarché and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Pudu already operates in more than 20 European countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, the Czech Republic and Poland. Its customers span retail, food and beverage, hospitality, healthcare and transportation.

According to the company, its European revenue grew by an average of more than 60% annually over the past two years. That gives the strategy an existing regional business to build on, rather than making Europe an entirely new market for Pudu.

On October 30, Pudu announced the establishment of its European headquarters in Germany. The regional hub combines offices, a showroom, warehousing, training, sales, after-sales support and repair services. Those functions are intended to improve service responsiveness and give distributors and customers more localized support as the company expands.

Pudu showed off many of its robots at the event, including PUDU BellaBot Pro for delivery and interactive service, PUDU CC1 Pro for commercial floor cleaning and PUDU MP2000 for autonomous pallet handling. The showcase also featured the PUDU D5, D7 and D9 embodied AI robots, the PUDU GT Series commercial robotic mowers and the PUDU TOMO S Series for household lawn care.

“We want Europe to be among the first markets where this strategy is put into practice,” said Bella Sun, Vice President and General Manager for Europe at Pudu Robotics. “This means not only bringing Pudu’s most advanced technologies and best talent to Europe, but also working more closely with our customers, distributors and other partners across the region to translate advances in robotics into practical value for commercial and household scenarios.”
