GPUNET was founded with a simple goal: make high-performance compute accessible to everyone. In a world dominated by centralized GPU monopolies, we’ve built an infrastructure powered by real hardware, real users, and real incentives. As we approach TGE on June 6th, 2025, here’s a deep dive into what we’ve built, how we’ve grown, and where we’re heading.

• 80% of total token supply is for the community.

GAN Chain is the foundation, a custom L1 designed for scalable compute. Validators maintain network integrity, while GPU providers supply real-time hardware capacity.

GPUNET is a business with revenue and profit:

• $10M+ revenue generated to date. 
• $500K+ profit distributed to node holders. 
• Target: $40M revenue milestone to scale buybacks.

Our Questboard product alone has onboarded over 500K users, proof that we can drive demand and adoption. Our core metric moving forward is ROCE (Return on Capital Employed), maximizing the value generated per dollar spent and ROI (Return on Investment) for every contributor, from node operators to subnet creators. 

4️⃣ USDT Buyback: A Commitment to Value Accretion

• Plan is to Buyback $4M of $GPU as revenue scales. 
• 80% of investors token have been bought back, keeping token supply clean and focused. Around $4M in USDT already bought back from investors, 80% early investors bought out = clean cap table.
  

Next targets:

• $40M revenue → $GPU buybacks = real value accrual.
  

The buyback program is not just a marketing line, it’s an operational policy. As we scale revenue, we scale buybacks. Every dollar earned is a step closer to sustained value for $GPU holders.
