Investors waiting for the next leg higher in crypto want to see the biggest buyers come back. Instead, US spot bitcoin ETFs lost $411.9 million on Friday, November 6, and $1.28 billion across five sessions, per Farside data via crypto.news. Bitcoin still held near $75,700 on Saturday, so the outflows have not set off a deeper drop. That leaves the crypto bull run waiting on one answer: does the ETF money return, or does other demand lead first?

The headlines belong to the funds, but the money in past runs was made a step earlier. Pepeto, a presale meme coin with exchange tools, has pulled in over $11.3 million.

Crypto Bull Run: Bitcoin ETFs Lost $1.28 Billion in Five Sessions

A new leg higher needs fresh demand, and Friday’s fund data shows where it is missing: BlackRock’s IBIT alone lost $403 million, while Fidelity’s FBTC took in $42.8 million. BTC held above the $75,000 weekly pivot near $76,070, and its daily RSI of 38.78 leaves room to climb before it looks stretched.

On the charts, BTC faces a band of short positions at $76,500 to $77,500, less than 2% above, where forced buying from short sellers could start. ETH gained about 1% after Thursday’s 7% drop and is holding $2,200 support, about 2% under the price.

However, the week’s high of $81,196 sits about 7% above BTC. On a $1.53 trillion coin that 7% needs roughly $103 billion of new buying, and that 7% is identical for a $10 million fund and a $10,000 holder.

What this means is that a crypto bull run led by bitcoin pays in single digits at first, while past runs paid the most to meme coins whose crowds formed early. Pepeto stands at the crowd forming stage right now, built with Pepe’s cofounder on the team.

Pepe’s Cofounder Builds Pepeto, and Investors Have Put In $11.3 Million

Over $11.1 million has gone into Pepeto before it trades anywhere, and the person who cofounded Pepe works on the team. Its exchange, bridge and AI scanner are in development, and community members and big investors get private testing access.

Most bridges charge $15 to $50 a transfer, take minutes to hours, and can lock funds for good when a transfer fails. Pepeto’s bridge locks tokens in an audited contract on one chain and mints them on another once the lock is proven.

It covers Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Base and Arbitrum in less than a minute for $0 plus gas, and a failed transfer simply reverts. A trader making 31 crossings a year keeps $465 to $1,550.

In past runs the first big crowds formed around meme coins, and early Doge, Shiba and Pepe buyers who put in a few hundred dollars ended up wealthy. Tools give a crowd a reason to stay, and the token it holds has a supply fixed at 420 trillion.

The token costs $0.0000001906 at this stage. Stakers earn 160% APY on what they hold, and a stage closes once its timer or target is reached, with the next stage priced higher.

Conclusion

Crypto has recovered from weeks like this, and Fidelity’s Friday inflow shows not every big buyer has left. On September 6, 2024, a weak US jobs report pushed BTC down to $53,780, and the wallets that bought that week held it to $126,198 in October 2025, a gain of about 135%.

A crypto bull run from here would pay BTC holders gradually, since even the week’s high needs billions to reach. Pepeto, a meme coin with exchange tools, gives traders a small early position while large coin rallies stay mild.

Anyone who skipped the September 2024 low watched that gain go to others. Pepeto offers that early moment again, and its stage price ends for good when the expected Binance listing arrives.
