Crypto Bull Run: Bank of England Hikes to 4% While Bitcoin Holds $80,000, and Early Buyers Pick Pepeto

Every rate rise makes crypto buyers ask whether a bull run survives tighter money. On November 5, the Bank of England raised its rate to 4% from 3.75%, its first rise since August 2023.

Bitcoin held near $80,400 through the decision. So the crypto bull run now depends on whether buyers keep paying up. This is happening while a major central bank raises rates.

The headlines belong to central banks and Bitcoin, yet past cycles paid most one step earlier, before a coin had an exchange price. That is the stage Pepeto is at, a meme coin with three tools in development and over $11.2 million raised.

Crypto Bull Run: Bitcoin Holds $80,400 Through a UK Rate Hike

The bull run is still intact on November 5, with Bitcoin near $80,400 after the UK decision. Eight of nine rate setters backed the quarter point rise. Meanwhile, Governor Andrew Bailey said it should not be read as the first of a long series of hikes.

Markets had expected the move, so the FTSE 100 rose about 0.7%. Bitcoin needs a close above $82,000 to bring its upper Bollinger band near $84,240 into view, about 5% higher. The lower band is near $76,300 as support. ETH changes hands near $2,416, about 1% under its day high of $2,443.

However, Bitcoin’s value of about $1.6 trillion means a 5% gain takes about $80 billion of new buying. Meanwhile, UK inflation is forecast to reach 5% by mid 2027. A wallet holding $1,000 earns the same 5% as one holding $1 million.

This leaves the crypto bull run paying Bitcoin holders in steps of a few percent. Previously, the largest past gains went to buyers who entered before a coin’s first exchange price. Pepeto is selling that early entry now, ahead of its expected Binance listing.

What Do Early Buyers See in Pepeto’s $11.2 Million Presale?

Early buyers see a meme coin with tools being built behind it at the stage before any exchange sets its price. Additionally, Pepeto is building a swap platform, a cross chain bridge and an AI checker. Community members and big investors test them privately.

Moving coins between chains during a busy market usually costs $15 to $50 per transfer, and a failed bridge can lock funds for good. However, the Pepeto bridge, still in development, is designed to lock tokens on one chain and mint them on another. This happens once the proof is checked on chain.

It links Arbitrum, Base, Solana, BNB Chain and Ethereum within a minute, and the user pays only gas. In addition, a failed transfer reverts on its own. Thus, a trader making three transfers a month keeps $540 to $1,800 a year.

Its AI tool is built to review the code of any token before money moves, swaps on its exchange carry a 0.00% fee, and the contract passed a SolidProof audit.

At $0.0000001905 today, each stage is priced above the one before it, until the listing closes that stage price for good. Doge, Shiba and Pepe each made their earliest small holders rich once a crowd arrived. Besides, Pepe’s cofounder is the builder behind this project.

Conclusion

Bitcoin sits about 36% under its $126,080 record and ETH about 51% under its $4,946 record. Both are solid holdings for the bull run ahead.

Pepeto sits at the stage both left behind long ago, with three tools being built and a presale price that ends at its expected Binance listing. So the crypto bull run points early buyers to Pepeto as its entry.

Bitcoin turned small entries into fortunes with no products behind it. It fell to about $2 in November 2011, and $1,000 spent then was worth about $63 million at the record.

Pepeto reaches its own debut with three tools in development behind it, which gives buyers more reasons to hold than Bitcoin had in 2011.
